Why Use Hand Sanitiser?
Alcohol-based sanitisers destroy bacteria as well as viruses. When combined with correct hand washing techniques (of at least 20 seconds and thoroughly across all parts of hands and fingers) 99.9 % of germs are killed.

The key factor to consider is the alcohol content. While sanitiser with less than 60% alcohol can still be effective if used generously, they do not kill all virus types and are less effective on dirty hands. Always choose a sanitiser with a minimum of 70% alcohol for maximum efficacy and protection.
